In 1989 first time he had a chanche to buy a used go-kart
and racing with him. He started in the category "Pajtás"
and he won from 9 races 6. He had a second and a sixth
position (mechanical problem).
In 1990-91 he started in the "KADET50" category with a
tuning 50 cm3 fix go-kart (without gearbox) with a Simson
engine. The performance of the engine was 11.000 rpm,
9-10 HP, the max. speed 110-115 km/h.
In the final classification race in his category he won the
second place in the nationwide championship.
In 1992 by reason of his age he changed a category he
started in the "junior "A" with a new PCR chassis, PCR
engine, 8Y type 100 cm3, fix gokart. This engine was
17.000 rpm, 28-30 hp. max speed 130-140 km/h . This year
was a learning and lot of experience for him. He closed
the season with variable results. From 15 starters he
finished 8th place.
In 1993 - Junior "A" category, over again PCR!
Variable results: From 12 starters 5th place!
In 1994 - Formula "A" (adult category) PCR fix go-kart a
adult category 6th place.
In 1995 - He transfers in to Szász Motorsport where he
finished in go-kart Formula "C" (adult) category 3rd place.
In 1996 - He stays in Formula "C". He wins the Hungarian
championship!
In 1997 - "Strongly Forward!" He changed the go-kart and
races with a Formula Alfa Boxer. He finished 2nd place
behind his teamchief Szász László. In the category of
Formula 1.600 absolute 1st place. In the E 2000 category
2nd place.
In 1998 - By a reason of financial- and technical problems
he finished the racing.
In 1999 - With his own money - he started only one race
O.B. 1. - He crashed and falled out.
O.B. 2. - Started from the last position and won the race.
2000. -------
2001. - The big come back of Zsolt Sziklay.
His friend (Boda János) and his team (Szász László)
gives him a new go-art and won the Hungarian champion-
ship!
2002 - He started in the European Championship but in the
first race (ampfing) he falled out. After he helps for his
team and for Chanoch Nissany (Formula Nissan).
